There are no shortcuts. Every athlete in our semi-private training gets a FREE Functional Movement Screening (FMS), a comprehensive, a one-on-one assessment, which looks at everything from your medical history to your social lifestyle. Put simply, the FMS documents movement patterns that are key to normal movement and function. By screening these patterns, the FMS readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries. We monitor the score to track progress and identify the most effective exercises.
We guarantee an athlete-to-coach ratio of no more than 5:1.
